Atlantic showdowns

Fairfield 7
Farmingdale 6

George Mason 6
Delaware 1

George Mason 3
Rowan 2

Cal 2
Robert Morris 2

Cal 3

Cal does not look strong enough to compete against the big boys this year. Tying and winning by one goal over two bad teams is not going to cut it.

Fairfield holds on to win a big one against the top seed.

George Mason scores on the power play with one second left to win it. Rowan takes four penalties in the third period the last one in the final minute and a half. Weak call but what are you going to do. Shame good game ends that way. Mason averages 8.5 goals a game so Rowan showed me something especially after that brutal loss to Delaware.

Autobid discussions should be over now. Farmingdale and Fairfield.

Final two spots comes down to SCSU Quinnipiac George Mason and Rowan. Not sold on Cal or Delaware. Delaware outshot by 64-24 at home to George Mason.

QU beat SCSU 6-2 this weekend as well
