ACHA TO HOLD 2021 ANNUAL MEETING VIRTUALLY
TROY, Mich. (January 12, 2021) – The American Collegiate Hockey Association, the governing body for non-NCAA college hockey in the United States, announces that the 2021 ACHA Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Saturday, May 1, 2021.
Traditionally, the ACHA has held its Annual Meeting in conjunction with the American Hockey Coaches Association Convention at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club in Naples, Florida. However, due to health, safety, and travel issues related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the ACHA Board of Directors determined that it is in the best interest and well-being of all ACHA members to conduct the 2021 ACHA Annual Meeting in a virtual format.
Further details regarding the 2021 ACHA Annual Meeting, including but not limited to the dates and times for the ACHA Divisional Breakout meetings, deadline for submission of proposed agenda items, and nominations for elected ACHA Board of Director positions, are still being determined and will be announced when finalized.
